April 23, 2026, in Ivano-Frankivsk, the Integration Forum “Paths and Financing for the Recovery of Territorial Communities: Strategy 2026” took place.

The forum was organized by ICC Ukraine (represented by Vice Chair Oleksandr Ostrianyn) in cooperation with the Association “Ukrvodokanalekologiya” and LLC “Institute of Municipal Infrastructure,” with the support of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration (Regional Military Administration).

The event brought together leading Ukrainian and international companies—key players in infrastructure consulting, engineering, and attracting international financing for Ukraine’s recovery. Participants included international investment donors such as Egis Ukraine, the Swedish Business Association in Ukraine, EPSA Ukraine, and others.

Within the “Technological Modernization” block, leading companies—including LLC “ECO-INVEST” (ESMIL), LLC “RPE ‘Ecosoft’” (BWT), LLC “ABETON,” “ALPHATEX,” and others—presented modern engineering solutions for network modernization and energy efficiency improvement.

The event became a key platform for dialogue between government, business, and international institutions on the practical recovery of critical infrastructure.

Key outcomes and focus areas of the forum:

Financial instruments.
Experts presented mechanisms for attracting investments, grants, and concessional financing for projects in the water supply and wastewater sectors.

International support.
Participants discussed the conditions of the program “Restoration of Water Supply and Wastewater Systems of Ukraine” and opportunities for financing project preparation through international funds.

Technological solutions.
Modern approaches to engineering network modernization, innovation implementation, and energy efficiency improvement were presented.

Direct communication.
Representatives of territorial communities had the opportunity for individual consultations with investors and experts regarding the implementation of their own initiatives.

We express our sincere gratitude to all participants, partners, and organizers of the forum for their active involvement, constructive dialogue, and joint work on the recovery of territorial communities.

Special thanks are extended to international partners and experts for their support, valuable exchange of experience, and willingness to contribute to the implementation of projects in the water supply and wastewater sectors.

Through joint efforts, we are shaping effective solutions for the sustainable development of communities and the restoration of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure.
