• International Chamber of Commerce, the World Business Organization is an abbreviation of the ICC.
• The Association “Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce” is the abbreviated name of the UNC ICC (ICC Ukraine), the national committee of the ICC established in accordance with the ICC Constitution.
• These Regulations have been developed in accordance with the requirements of the ICC Constitution, the ICC Ukraine Charter and the relevant decisions of the ICC Ukraine Board.
  
• In accordance with the Regulations “On Commissions of the Association “Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce” (ICC Ukraine)”, a number of specialized Commissions operate within the structure of ICC Ukraine.
  
• A member of ICC Ukraine is a participant who, in accordance with the ICC Ukraine Charter, recognizes and complies with the provisions of the ICC Constitution and the ICC Ukraine Statute, directly contributes to the activities of ICC Ukraine, pays annual membership fees to ICC Ukraine and is included in the register of members of ICC Ukraine, which is submitted to the ICC Headquarters.
  
• Members’ contributions are the main source of ensuring the fulfillment of ICC Ukraine’s functions – promotion of the interests of the Members, implementation of specific areas of the statutory activities.
  
• The amount of the ICC Ukraine Member’s contribution is determined in accordance with the Basic, Extended and Premium membership packages.
  
• The Basic Package of the ICC Ukraine Member is the minimum organizational and representative services that the ICC Ukraine Member receives.
  
• Extended Package – the basic package and additional services provided to the ICC Ukraine member.
• Premium package – the maximum set of organizational and representative services that the ICC Ukraine member receives.

The package includes:

• Participation in ICC Ukraine conferences, forums, roundtables (free of charge or with a discount).
  
• Opportunity to participate in the translation of ICC materials in accordance with the requirements of the headquarters.
  
• Placement of up to 3 thematic publications per year in the media resources of ICC Ukraine or information partners of the ICC Ukraine.
  
• Placement of information on the ICC Ukraine website about the participant upon agreement with him/her.
  
• Provision of the ICC Ukraine platform for up to 2 events per year.
  
• Image support of organizations in the media at the central and regional levels (legitimate use of the ICC Ukraine logo).
  
• Presentation of the capabilities of the participant’s organization/company at ICC Ukraine events upon agreement with the ICC Ukraine management.
  
• Participation in training, initial, educational events organized by ICC Ukraine (free of charge or with a discount).
  
• Receiving assistance from ICC Ukraine in finding business partners in Ukraine and abroad.
  
• Assistance in establishing business relations between ICC Ukraine members.
  
• Assistance in establishing cooperation with foreign partners.
  
• Participation in investment projects with the support of ICC Ukraine partners.
  
• Participation in ICC Ukraine grant projects and other events.
  
• Engaging in cooperation with international donors.
  
• Providing ICC Ukraine with letters of recommendation to the economic departments of diplomatic missions accredited in Ukraine and ICC National Committees, other foreign business associations, visa support for international events organized by ICC Ukraine and other enterprises and institutions.
  
• Verification of the reliability of partner organizations at the national and international levels.
  
• Providing information on ICC Ukraine members and partners with contact details.
  
• Participation in the work of the ICC Ukraine Commissions.
  
• Involvement in the Commissions of the ICC Ukraine and the ICC in Paris in accordance with the Regulations on the Commissions, as well as membership in the Commissions of the ICC Ukraine:
  – for individuals (members of ICC Ukraine) in any two ICC Ukraine Commissions simultaneously by direct participation;
  – for legal entities (members of ICC Ukraine) by delegating two of their representatives, each of whom has the right to be a member of two ICC Ukraine Commissions simultaneously.

* The main purpose of involvement of individual entrepreneurs in the membership is their participation in the ICC Ukraine Commissions.

The package includes:

• Basic ICC Ukraine Member Package.
  
• Participation in events organized and held by the central executive authorities to which representatives of the Ukrainian business community are invited.
  
• Possibility to participate in the work of advisory and consultative bodies of the legislative, central executive authorities and local self-government upon the proposal or recommendation of ICC Ukraine.
  
• Organizing targeted business meetings and supporting projects of member organizations (in Ukraine and abroad).
  
• Promoting mutually beneficial terms of cooperation with central executive authorities through ICC Ukraine representatives.
  
• Participation in the implementation of projects delegated by the ICC to ICC Ukraine.
  
• Participation in the implementation of projects delegated by ICC Ukraine to its members.
  
• Participate in the work of the ICC Ukraine Board in accordance with the ICC Ukraine Statute.
  
• Participate in the development of comments and recommendations on draft laws and bylaws from ICC Ukraine.
  
• Promote the creation of joint ventures and other forms of associations with ICC Ukraine partners.
  
• Placement of up to 6 publications per year in the media resources of ICC Ukraine or information partners of the UNC ICC (ICC Ukraine).
  
• Providing ICC Ukraine with a platform for holding up to 6 events per year.
  
• Providing professional advice on interaction with legislative, central executive authorities and local self-government bodies.
  
• Targeted communication of the position and initiatives of ICC Ukraine members on certain issues to the legislative and central executive authorities.
  
• Involvement as a foreign business representative in various events in the framework of government-business cooperation.
  
• Membership in the ICC Ukraine Commissions:
  – for legal entities (members of ICC Ukraine) by delegating four of their representatives, each of whom is entitled to be a member of two ICC Ukraine Commissions simultaneously.

* Only legal entities are eligible for the extended ICC Ukraine membership package.

The package includes:

• Basic and Extended ICC Ukraine member packages.
  
• Assistance and recommendations of ICC Ukraine to be an honorary consul of the country.
  
• Involvement as a foreign or Ukrainian expert in the work of bilateral intergovernmental commissions.
  
• Receiving recommendations for awarding awards by ICC Ukraine, as well as by state institutions and other professional organizations of Ukraine.
  
• Placement of up to 12 publications per year in the media resources of ICC Ukraine or information partners of the UNC ICC (ICC Ukraine).
  
• Provision of the ICC Ukraine platform for up to 12 events per year.
  
• Membership in the ICC Ukraine Commissions:

         – for foreign individuals (members of ICC Ukraine) in any ICC Ukraine Commissions simultaneously through direct participation.
         – for legal entities (members of ICC Ukraine) by delegating six of their representatives, each of whom has the right to be a member of two ICC Ukraine Commissions simultaneously.

• The payment of the Member’s fees is a statutory obligation of the full members of ICC Ukraine and shall be made by each member of ICC Ukraine personally. In case of payment of the fee by the Member of ICC Ukraine for another Member of ICC Ukraine, the total amount of the fee shall be equal to the amount of the fee paid by each individual Member.
  
• The Participant’s contribution is a sum of money, works or services subject to cost assessment, which are paid (transferred, provided) in favor of ICC Ukraine by the ICC Ukraine Members annually, in the manner and in the amounts determined in accordance with these Regulations.
  
• ICC Ukraine shall be liable to the ICC Headquarters for the timely payment of the annual fee of each Member.

• In accordance with the ICC Constitution, ICC Ukraine is authorized to determine the amount of the annual fee for its members.
  
• The amount of the annual fee of the ICC Ukraine members is determined and approved by the decision of the ICC Ukraine Board and is as follows:
       Basic package:
  
• UAH 30,000 – for individuals (citizens of 
•      Extended package:
  
• UAH 55,000 – for legal entities (residents of Ukraine).
       Premium package:
  
• UAH 110,000 – for legal entities (residents of Ukraine);
  
• 2000 euros – for individuals (foreign citizens);
  
• EUR 4000 – for legal entities (non-residents).
       – Members of ICC Ukraine have the right to make separate additional financial contributions of a certain amount to support the statutory activities of ICC Ukraine:
  
• charitable contribution;
  
• targeted contribution to [name of the event, project, program, etc.].

• The amount of the fee shall be determined in accordance with Articles 2, 3, 4 of these Regulations.
  
• The entrance fee of the ICC Ukraine Member shall be paid before the decision of the ICC Ukraine Board on the admission of the Member to the ICC Ukraine is made and shall be a mandatory annual fee for the current year. The date of payment of the entrance fee shall be recognized as the date of admission and acquisition of the status of the ICC Ukraine Member. In case the ICC Ukraine Board refuses to accept the participant as a member of ICC Ukraine, the paid entrance fee shall be refunded in full to the payer’s account within 5 (five) banking days.
  
• The entrance and annual fees shall be deemed paid on the date of receipt of the specified amount of funds to the current account of ICC Ukraine.
  
• The annual fees of the ICC Ukraine Members shall be paid within a quarter from the date of acquiring the status of the ICC Ukraine Member by transferring the relevant funds to the current account of the ICC Ukraine.
  
• By the decision of the ICC Ukraine Board, individual members of ICC Ukraine may be granted the right to pay fees on a quarterly basis, in installments of the total annual fee.
  
• By the decision of the ICC Ukraine Board, a member of ICC Ukraine may be granted a deferred payment of fees on the basis of an application submitted by him/her.
  
• Annual fees may be paid in cash or in another form by providing services for the equivalent amount.
  
• Payment of fees in another form is made by concluding contracts for the performance of works or provision of services and drawing up acts of completion. In this case, the day of payment is the day of actual performance of works or provision of services, which is confirmed by the relevant act, or the day when ICC Ukraine receives the right of ownership or use of the subject matter of the relevant agreement.
  
• According to the Statute of the ICC Ukraine, the organization of control over the accounting of participants’ contributions, verification of the fact of receipt of funds to the ICC Ukraine’s current account is the responsibility of the Secretary General of the ICC Ukraine. In case of any discrepancies, the Secretary General of the ICC Ukraine shall immediately find out the reasons and take measures to eliminate them.

• In case of failure to repay the debt or non-payment of mandatory annual fees within a calendar year or other cases of non-compliance with the requirements of the ICC Ukraine Statute, the ICC Ukraine Secretariat shall submit for consideration and approval of the ICC Ukraine Board the issue of expulsion of the debtor from the ICC Ukraine in accordance with the procedure established by the constituent documents of the ICC Ukraine and these Regulations.
  
• The Secretariat shall notify the Member in writing, including by e-mail, of the debt and the terms of its repayment.
  
• In case of failure to fulfill the obligations to pay the fees, the defaulting Member shall be notified in writing, including by e-mail, of the inclusion of the issue of its expulsion to the agenda three weeks prior to the next meeting of the ICC Ukraine Board.
  
• The Member-debtor shall have the right to attend the meeting of the ICC Ukraine Board and provide explanations as to the reasons for non-fulfillment of its obligations. The debtor member shall not participate in voting on this issue.
  
• In the event of force majeure circumstances, subject to proper notification of the ICC Ukraine Head Office (within thirty (30) calendar days), temporary economic difficulties (lack of necessary material resources that prevent fulfillment of the obligations to pay the fees), the ICC Ukraine Board, when deciding on the expulsion of the defaulting Member, may consider granting a deferred payment of the fee for a specific calendar period.
  
• The Board of ICC Ukraine reserves the right to consider the issue of expulsion of the debtor member in its absence.
  
• In case of termination of membership in ICC Ukraine or expulsion from ICC Ukraine, the fees are not refundable.

• The registration of ICC Ukraine participants is carried out by the ICC Ukraine Secretariat.
  
• A personal registration card is kept for each ICC Ukraine member in accordance with the form approved by the ICC Ukraine Board. The ICC Ukraine Secretariat additionally maintains an electronic record of members in accordance with the form approved by the ICC Ukraine Board.
  
• The personal data of the ICC Ukraine members shall be processed in accordance with the internal documents of the ICC Ukraine regulating the processing and protection of personal data.

• Amendments and additions to these Regulations shall be made by the Board of ICC Ukraine upon the proposal of the President of ICC Ukraine.
