“ICC Ukraine welcomed the incoming Ukrainian ICC Arbitration Court Members for the 2024-2027 term, Yuliya Chernykh and Olexander Droug, at the headquarters in Paris.

The event was hosted and the discussion was moderated by Maria Kostytska, Chair of the Arbitration Commission of ICC Ukraine.

The event provided insights into scrutiny of arbitral awards through presentations by Nicolás Gálvez Solís, Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration and Sergii Melnyk, former Deputy Counsel of the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Olga Kostyshyna, former Advisor to the President of the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC), presented a close observer’s view: what other arbitral institutions can learn and be inspired by in the ICC Rules and practices.
