
Representatives of ICC Ukraine took part in the meeting with MPs of the IFO “Support of the Volunteer Movement”
Dmytro Oleksiyenko, Vice President for Taxation, Accounting and Audit, founder of the Dmytro Oleksiyenko Foundation, Kyrylo Shevchenko, Head of the Dnipro Regional Branch of #ICCUkraine, at the invitation of partners – Golda Meir Institute for Civil Society Development, headed by Tanya Graban, Israeli Medical Mission – took part in a meeting with MPs of the IFO “Support for Volunteer Movement” and representatives of the executive branch to voice and help solve problematic issues of volunteers, representatives of charitable foundations, and NGOs.
The meeting included urgent questions to legislators about support, simplification of reporting, security, development of rehabilitation and recovery of military personnel, especially those who have been captured, employment and social problems of IDPs, frank answers about the capabilities and capacities of legislators and the executive branch of the state, creation of support structures in the regions and a roadmap for cooperation to coordinate and inform about implemented projects and pressing problems. The work is ongoing.
