ICC Ukraine is honored to invite you to attend “ICC Court Centenary event in Ukraine:
“Rebuilding Projects in Ukraine – Applicable Rules and Dispute Resolution”
to be held on 20 December 2023, in online format.
The event is a part of the year-long celebrations of ICC Court Centenary worldwide. Organized by ICC Court and ICC Ukraine, it will be dedicated to rebuilding projects in Ukraine with particular focus on the applicable rules and dispute resolution. In particular, the panelists with discuss if FIDIC rules could apply to the rebuilding projects in Ukraine and what is the best option to resolve construction disputes arising out of the rebuilding projects in Ukraine.
The event could be of interest for the Ukrainian business, state authorities, lawyers, as well as for the foreign investors interested in participating in Ukraine’s rebuilding projects.
The event will be held online in English (no translation).
