Olena Perepelynska, Vice-President of ICC Ukraine, Head of Arbitration Commission, Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration

According to international studies, the ICS Court is the most prestigious and best arbitration institution in the world. This year it celebrated its 100th anniversary, but it has many ambitious plans to provide better services.

The choice of the Ukrainian parties to arbitrate under the ICS Rules will also increase the chances of Ukrainian arbitration specialists to participate in arbitrations as party representatives, arbitrators or experts, which will have a positive impact on the Ukrainian arbitration market.
