What would be offered to the Sponsors?
A typical Sponsorship Package would include:
– Extensive marketing pre- & post- each event (social, direct emails, website, partners, press releases pre- and post- each VTM).
– Contact details of the targeted non-Ukrainian companies will be provided.
– High profile branding (logo placement on event website, social media, all email communications, supporting materials and signage on the day.)
– One presentation speaker slot – including the generation of multilingual video(s)
– Define your Q&As and Polls – providing useful market feedback.
– Gamification, if required Virtual Stand (Multilingual Microsite – 12 month subscription)
– Delegate Passes: 2
– Full list of registrants
– Post VTM statistics
– Sponsors are also entitled to request 10 additional business leads; consisting of a full company profile with contacts.
– All the Presentations and Virtual Stands will be kept online on ExpoWorld for 6 months from the date of the VTM.
