ICC Ukraine activities

ICC Ukraine - is non-governmental organization, which is not influenced by any political overpatching and sees its main goal in expansion of rules, standards and ethics of modern business over Ukraine, providing effective means of business protection for its member companies on external markets, attracting investments and developing best-advantage projects on domestic and international arenas

ICC Ukraine is nonprofit, non-governmental organization, according to its Statute registered as an Association of Enterprises

ICC Ukraine is actively involved in partnership and cooperation with regional Chambers of Industry and Commerce on the basis of bilingual agreements. It allows ICC Ukraine to be in the middle of business life taking part in forums, round-tables, international conferences all over Ukraine and world

ICC Ukraine experts perform a close study of investment potential for each region and further on provide up to date information on enterprises through the ICC network for possible investors

ICC Ukraine top managers give special consideration to establishment and promotion of partnership ties between ICC National Committees which gives ICC Ukraine member companies opportunity to broaden frameworks of national business and develop new opportunities on external markets

From 2001 to 2009, 29 world countries hosted business forums professionally organized by ICC Ukraine. They resulted into concrete proposals, contracts and future solid cooperation

Heads of ICC National Committees in 90 countries supported ICC Ukraine in its intention to issue an international "Certificate of partnership credibility", which assumes for ICC Ukraine members a favored treatment on external markets

ICC Ukraine initiated creating of the Coordinating Council headed by the First President of Ukraine, Mr. Leonid Kravchuk

ICC Ukraine has its own authorized representatives in the International Court in Brussels and ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris. This fact gives visible advantages in protection of Ukrainian businesses on external markets

ICC Ukraine has organized constituent assembly of arbitrators and initiated the establishment of the Court of arbitration Chamber which coordinates the whole activity of Domestic Arbitration Courts in Ukraine. Arbitration methods of settlement give possibility to decide the issue before court and, consequently, help ICC Ukraine members effectively protect their rights

ICC Ukraine Vice-Chairmen deal with almost all spheres of services: insurance, banking, industry, investment, exhibitions, education, external relations etc

ICC Ukraine has its delegates in Parliamentary and Governmental Committees, in the Public Ministries Boards and Departments of Ukraine

ICC Ukraine is the first National Committee that has sign tripartite partnership agreement with the ICC London-based Commercial Crime Services and State Committee of Financial Monitoring of Ukraine

ICC Ukraine supported the ICC appeal to enter the ICC Program: "Business without fraud and banditry"

ICC Ukraine has joined the United Nations Global Compact and received relevant Certificate

ICC Ukraine has launched and develops the 1st National Contest: "European Vector" to mark out Ukrainian exporters and importers

ICC Ukraine together with "Ridnyi Dim" Charity Fund supported the national charity program - "Charity Ukraine"

As a permanent body, ICC Ukraine has launched Business School, where experts make out questions on international business standards and up-to-date business challenges:

As a permanent body ICC Ukraine established Core Commissions on European integration, taxation, banking, insurance, transportation, telecommunication, technology and energy. These Commissions are headed by Heads or First Deputy Heads of Ministries and Ministry Boards

ICC Ukraine has initiated "Investor in People - standards of modern business" program, to increase the competitiveness of national enterprises

All bilateral meetings with business representatives usually involve state officials and narrow-specialized international experts

Every week ICC Ukraine organizes inner meetings and occasionally takes part in business-conferences that unites Ukrainian business, international Trade Missions and National Committees delegates
